Exciting Initiatives Launched to Advance Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion



We’re thrilled to kick off the new year with two evidence based initiatives aimed at driving positive action and racial equity.


First, our Leadership Programme for Ethnically Diverse Colleagues is designed to empower and elevate future leaders, providing tools, opportunities, and support to help them thrive.


Additionally, our Mentoring for Race Equity Programme, developed for our Higher Education clients in the North West of England, will establish meaningful connections and advance racial equity within the sector. Both programmes have been grounded in collaboration with colleagues from racially minoritised backgrounds Amiokaa Associates, a fantastic organisation that specialise in Anti-Oppression Consultancy.


In tandem with these initiatives, we’re excited to announce the upcoming release of our recent Inclusion Exchange recording titled “Imagining Liberation: Building an Anti-Colonial Future in Education and Community.” This thought-provoking session explores transformative approaches to creating inclusive spaces and will soon be available for all to access.


Looking ahead, 2025 promises to be a year of impactful growth, with a strong focus on learning and development, EDI strategy, and audit work. We’re committed to making a tangible difference and can’t wait to see the outcomes of these efforts.
