Following an Anti-racism statement and pledge from the CEO, the organisation became committed to the amplification of ethnically diverse voices within the workforce and Bakare Barley designed a series of listening sessions.
The University of Liverpool commissioned Bakare Barley Ltd to design and deliver a Reverse Mentoring programme, helping leaders deepen their understanding of racialised experiences and embed equity into decision-making through a structured, trauma-informed framework running from 2025 to 2026.
The University of York’s Computer Science Department worked with Bakare Barley Ltd to co-design and deliver Conscious Inclusion workshops, equipping staff with practical tools to embed equity and foster a more inclusive research culture.
The British Association for International Studies commissioned Bakare Barley Ltd to provide specialist EDI consultancy, delivering tailored recommendations to strengthen fairness, widen participation, and embed inclusive practices across their grants and prizes.
The Shared Learning Group on Involvement commissioned Bakare Barley Ltd to design and deliver a one-day workshop in London, helping members build confidence, share strategies, and strengthen inclusive practices to better engage and support underrepresented groups.
